Construction Search does not take any part in the sale or transactions of items other than by providing the web site as a venue for members. If a contract/agreement of sale, hire etc is formed between the buyer and the seller directly, we do not act as agent for either party and do not participate in any sale or transaction between you and other members.

Transactions and all other contact between you and other members are conducted entirely at your own risk. You agree that Construction Search takes no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of any of its members. As Construction Search is not a party to any sale or transaction between you and another member, you agree not to involve, or attempt to involve, Construction Search in any dispute or in the resolution of disputes that arise between you and another member as a result of the services provided.

Construction Search gives no undertakings, representations, or warranties in relation to items sold or listed on the web site, including: about ownership of any item; as to the content, safety, description, worthiness, quality, or legality of the items that are listed on the web site; as to the accuracy or truth of listings; that any item will meet your requirements or expectations; or about the ability of members to complete a transaction.

Advertising and links to third party websites contain hyperlinks and other pointers to Internet websites operated by third parties. These linked websites are not under the control of Construction Search. Construction Search does not endorse, or accept any responsibility for, the content or use of any third party site. If you link to any third party site, you do so at your own risk.

Construction Search will use its reasonable endeavors to ensure the availability of the web site and services, subject to any downtime required for maintenance. Construction Search takes no responsibility for any system unavailability, or for any loss that is incurred as a result of web site or services being unavailable. Construction Search assumes no responsibility for the corruption of any data or information held by Construction Search.

Members agree to keep his or her password confidential and to notify Construction Search within 24 hours of any breach or unauthorized use of the password. Construction Search does not protect members from unauthorized use or misuse of members user name and/or password.

Construction Search requires one full month notification in advance and in writing to cancel or terminate a membership, any refund will be at the total discretion of Construction Search. Construction Search reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the website and to remove any goods and services for sale or any item that is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate for publication. Construction Search endeavors to publish advertisements in the format submitted by you and in accordance with your placement instructions. Construction Search makes no guarantees or representations regarding placement of your advertisement or the content of advertisements grouped with your advertisement. You hereby assign all copyright in your advertisement to us. Where GST is applicable on any items you advertise the advertised price must be inclusive of GST.

Construction Search may modify this policy, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the website. Construction Search in its sole discretion and without prior notice reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Construction Search advises that the discount vouchers have been collated solely with information provided by the donor companies and Construction Search relies upon the donor companies to provide accurate information in relation to the discount vouchers.
